Sheffield's "secret" museum

Document Actions
Visit the Traditional Heritage Museum!

Last week's Sheffield Telegraph (Friday 11 April 2008) had a front-page item about the Traditional Heritage Museum on Ecclesall Road, sometimes called the city's best-kept secret. It gives a look at life and work in Sheffield from 1850 to 1970. For details, please see www.thm.group.shef.ac.uk. This month the museum celebrates its 20th anniversary, and an Anniversary Open Day is being held on Saturday April 26th (the Museum opens every last Saturday in the month except December, and on Bank Holiday Mondays (see Web site for more details)).
